This is a reproduction of a Roman sestertius of Hadrian, a Roman emperor in who ruled from 117 to 138 CE. The obverse shows the emperor whilst the reverse shows Britannia seated with her right foot on a pile of rocks, her head proped on on right hand, holding spear in left hand and large shield by side. The coin was struck in Rome in 136 CE. (Sear 3578) You are in the REPRODUCTION section. These pieces are NOT ancient coins. Each coin is stamped 'COPY' on the reverse.
